North Dakota’s Air National Guard and RTS ordered one of DC-Digital’s DC-806UTW-BTC displays. This is a wirelessly controlled, battery operated tripod mounted display that comes with a heavy duty carrying case. The DC-806UTW-BTC features a rugged, all-aluminum, IP66 waterproof enclosure, capable of withstanding harsh weather conditions. With LED digit options ranging from 1 inch up to 30 inches, this display can be seen clearly from up to 400 feet away. Its high-intensity digits offer wide viewing angles, are sunlight resistant, and come with adjustable brightness settings for various lighting conditions.

Using the handheld remote, you can easily switch between modes: clock, count up, and countdown timers. Each timer can be set to any number of hours, minutes, or seconds, and the display signals the end of the countdown with a loud piezo sound. The up timer starts counting immediately and can be stopped or reset at any time. The remote also allows you to toggle between bright and dim modes, as well as turn the display on or off.

This model is manufactured and assembled in Carlisle, Ohio, and has been selected by organizations such as North Dakota’s Air National Guard and RTS for its reliability and versatility. Its applications include timing for track and field events, cross-country meets, obstacle courses, sports competitions, and more.
