Every enclosure begins as high-quality extruded aluminum, manufactured to DC-Digital’s exact specifications. This material arrives at our facility in 14-foot lengths, ready to be transformed into the backbone of our digital display systems.

From there, our process becomes hands-on. Each length is carefully measured and cut to match the specific display size being produced—whether it’s for 6-inch, 8-inch, 15-inch, or 30-inch high digits. This level of customization ensures that every enclosure is perfectly matched to its intended application.

Once cut, each piece is hand-crimped and assembled by our team. These enclosures are more than just housings—they are designed to protect and support our timers, counters, and clocks in demanding environments. Every detail matters, from structural integrity to clean, professional presentation.

All assembly takes place at our factory in Carlisle, Ohio, where craftsmanship and consistency go hand in hand. By keeping this process in-house, we maintain strict quality control and ensure that every product meets the standards our customers rely on.
