Production Counters for Parts-Units-Pieces-Items

DC-Digital designs, engineers and manufactures large industrial LED digital counters. Programmed and tested to precisely count and display the number of assemblies, parts, units even people. Brilliantly made for rugged indoor or outdoor use, meticulously made and tested to each order. Counting can be controlled using PLC's (PNP 5-30VDC or contact closure), remote relays, switches, sensors, wired or RF-wireless remotes or as part of a synchronized system. Digit sizes range from 1 to 30 inches with up to 750 feet viewing distance. They are enclosed in all aluminum for indoor, IP-66 aluminum outdoor, or poly-carbonate certificated NEMA 4X, even 316L stainless steel enclosures. DC-60C-TERM-IN: 6 Inch, wide viewing angle LED, digital counter, with up to 300 foot viewing distance. It is matched with one of our diffused IR object sensors (DC-DIFF-SENS-10) and a 60mm Palm Switch with 25ft. cord (SW-1-HD-60-RED). It comes with 3 inputs (each capable of accepting 5-30VDC, PNP pulse or contact closure): 1) Increment the count 2) Decrement the count and 3) reset to zero. All encased in a heavy duty all aluminum enclosure.
