The Solution: DC-10T-DN-NEMA Countdown Timer

DC-Digital supplied the DC-10T-DN-NEMA Countdown Timer, a compact industrial timer designed to provide accurate countdown operation and reliable equipment control.

The timer is programmed with the required process duration before each cycle begins. Once the operator presses the sealed start button, the display counts down toward zero, providing a clear visual indication of the remaining processing time. When the countdown reaches zero, the operator is immediately notified that the acid bath cycle has been completed and the part can be safely removed.

To further automate the process, the timer includes an integrated relay output module. The relay can activate or deactivate external equipment when the countdown expires, allowing the timer to control pumps, alarms, indicator lights, or other process equipment without additional operator intervention.
