Thermo Fisher Scientific reached out to DC-Digital for a special timer that would help chemist regulate the time it takes to for them to find impurities in chemicals. The DC-10T-DN-TERM-S-SENS-TFS is a specialized tool used in chemical inspection to aid in identifying imperfections and impurities in chemical processes. By setting up three individual countdown timers, clients can monitor specific inspection intervals, ensuring precise timing for each inspection phase. The system’s reflective area sensors or foot switch provide hands-free operation, allowing the inspector to focus on the task while the timers count down from a maximum of 99 seconds. The 1-inch digit display is visible from up to 25 feet, making it easy to track time across the factory floor. Once the timer reaches zero, the multi-colored Andon light turns red to signal the end of an inspection cycle, while a low-volume EOP buzzer provides an audible alert. Enclosed in a robust aluminum casing, the system is built to withstand the demanding conditions of chemical manufacturing environments, making it ideal for detecting defects and ensuring product quality.

– Client sets up the desired time to countdown from through our push-button switches for three different timers. Then the client utilizes reflective area sensors or foot switch to start countdown timer. Then, timer will countdown to zero for each time it is set to for Timer 1-3.
