Industrial Agitator Elapsed Up-Timer
Dow Chemicals has been working with DC-Digital to create a factory grade agitator up-timer. This unit is specifically tailored for indoor factory environments, offering robust functionality and durability. Its compact yet sturdy design, housed in tough aluminum with a fingerprint-resistant black powder coating, ensures resilience against industrial wear and tear. Equipped with large, highly visible 6-inch LED digits, the timer allows for clear time monitoring from distances of up to 300 feet, ideal for large factory floors. Its versatile pigtail switches in the junction box support start/pause, reset to zero, and other functions, accommodating multiple input types like PLCs and sensors.
– Pigtail wires in junction box (accept PNP, or Contact Closure): Start/pause, reset to zero, reset to zero and start functions. Accepts multiple inputs such as PLC, Relay, Switch Sensor, Etc.
– Counts elapsed time from zero to 99 hours and 59 minutes in a hundredth of a second (Shift Digit Technology).
– 6 inch, LED Digits that can be viewed up to a total of 300 ft. Timer can go up to a total of 99 hours and 59 minutes through the use of our shift digit technology.
– Tough, aluminum, fingerprint resistant, black powder coated enclosure.
