The DC-10C-WR-DRS-PKG is a powerful, pre-configured package is designed for those who need a simple yet rugged counting solution that’s fast, accurate, and easy to set up right out of the box. It includes three major components working in perfect harmony: the DC-10 counter, a wired remote (WR), and a diffuse reflective sensor (DRS) — all bundled into one cohesive PKG (package) for industrial or commercial applications.

What is the DC-10C-WR-DRS-PKG?

At its core, this system is built around the DC-10, a compact 1-inch high LED display counter housed in a durable all-aluminum enclosure. This unit is modular and separable, held together with just three screws. That makes installation and maintenance fast and straightforward — whether you’re wall mounting or using it as a desktop setup.

Key Installation Features:

  • Keyhole knockouts for secure hanging
  • Desktop-friendly design for flexible placement
  • Wire access points on both sides and the back
  • Box connector included for clean, secure cable entry
  • Terminal blocks clearly labeled for:
    • Increment
    • Decrement
    • Reset to zero
  • Separate terminal block for powering the sensor
  • Power source: 120V adapter included (6 ft cord with coaxial plug), or bring your own 24V DC to terminal block

Sensor Technology: Deflective Diffuse Reflective Sensor (DRS)

The included sensor is a deflective-style diffuse reflective model with a range of 1 to 10 meters. It’s built for reliability and ease of use:

  • Detects any object crossing its beam and triggers a count
  • Response time: 10 milliseconds — ideal for fast-moving objects
  • Comes with a 6-foot cable (extendable) and a mountable bracket
  • Fully adjustable sensor angle and height

The sensor runs directly off the counter’s 12V power terminal — no separate supply needed.

Control at Your Fingertips: Wired Remote (WR)

The system includes a wired remote housed in a rugged, powder-coated handy box. This remote features environmentally sealed stainless steel switches, color-coded for clarity:

  • Black switch: Decrement
  • Red switch: Reset to zero
  • Comes pre-wired with a 25-foot cable and fitted with a cable gland for strain relief and durability

This plug-and-play remote simplifies operator interaction, especially in demanding or repetitive environments.

Power Options

The DC-10C-WR-DRS-PKG is powered by default via a standard 120V wall adapter with a 6-foot cord and coaxial plug. Alternatively, users who need to integrate into a low-voltage system can bring their own 24V power supply and wire directly to the input terminals.
