To operate the unit, the customer simply powers the timer and uses the included RF wireless handheld remote controller to set the desired countdown time. Once initiated, the timer counts down from the selected value and provides a clear indication when the process is complete. When the timer reaches zero, the end-of-period alarm sounds and the connected Andon light tower activates, signaling that the heat treatment or processing cycle has finished. These alerts continue until the operator acknowledges them using the remote controller, ensuring the completion of the process is not overlooked.

The wireless handheld remote controller, mounted on the left side of the enclosure, features seven distinct functions that allow operators to manage timing from a distance without interrupting the process.
