Precision Timing, Food Factory Batch Processing Countdown Timer w/ Wired Remote Controllers

What Is It?
The DC-25T-DN-ANDON-NEMA-System is a dual-control, synchronized countdown timer designed specifically for food production facilities. This innovative system brings structure, efficiency, and visual clarity to batch processing tasks, ensuring that every mix cycle is executed with accuracy and consistency. Built to meet the high standards of food safety and operational durability, this system is essential for any operation handling dry mix batching in a fast-paced factory environment.
System Design
The DC-25T-DN-ANDON-NEMA-System consists of two polycarbonate, IP-66 rated NEMA enclosures:
* Master Unit: Equipped with the new WR-6T-NEMA controller, this unit allows workers to set and manage countdown timing.
* Secondary (Slave) Unit: Mirrors the countdown from the master unit and provides access via a heavy-duty palm switch.
Both units are connected by a 24-foot cable and powered using a 24 VDC line, 12 feet in length.
How It Works – Step-by-Step
1. Initiating the System A worker presses the SW-1-HD-RED stainless steel 40mm palm switch located on the secondary unit. This action activates access to the WR-6T-NEMA controller on the master unit.
2. Setup Mode Upon activation, both enclosures’ multicolored ANDON lights flash red, signaling that the system is now in setup mode and ready for time input.
3. Configuring the Countdown Using the WR-6T-NEMA controller, workers can: * Set hours, minutes, and seconds
* Start or stop the timer
* Reset to zero The controller includes six dedicated push-button switches for each function.
4. Time Set Confirmation Once the countdown duration is set, the ANDON lights change to yellow. This indicates that the settings have been confirmed and are now synchronized across both units.
5. Starting the Countdown The green button is pressed to begin the countdown. Both the master and slave units display the time simultaneously, allowing workers in different areas to monitor the process in real-time.
6. Completion Signal When the countdown reaches zero, the ANDON lights turn green on both enclosures. This serves as a clear signal that the batch is complete and the next cycle can begin. Built for Industrial Environments
* IP-66 Rated Enclosures: Resistant to water, dust, and chemical exposure—ideal for food-grade environments.
* High-Visibility ANDON Lights: Red (Setup), Yellow (Time Set), Green (Cycle Complete).
* Rugged Controls: Includes the SW-1-HD-RED momentary palm switch and the WR-6T-NEMA controller.
* Durable Wiring: 24-foot controller cables and 12-foot power cables ensure flexibility in unit placement. Key Features
