DC-25T-DN-BCD-ANDON Countdown Timer Demonstration

Our DC-25T-DN-BCD-ANDON countdown timer is a rugged, high-visibility, precision-timed solution designed for fire alarm drills, safety protocols, process control, and other time-sensitive industrial applications.

Key Features & Operation:

• Power Source: Operates efficiently on a 24V DC power supply, which can be provided by the customer.
• Easy Time Setting: Quickly set your countdown time (up to 99 minutes and 59 seconds) using the BCD rotary switches located conveniently on top of the enclosure. Simply dial in the minutes and seconds — no programming required.
• Countdown Activation: The timer is activated using a continuous switch. In this demo, we showcase a momentary contact switch wired into our opto-isolated base board for safe and flexible integration.
• Visual & Audible Alerts:
  • At countdown start:
    • The red ANDON light (mounted on the upper right of the enclosure) begins to flash.
    • A buzzer sounds for 3 seconds, signaling the beginning of the countdown.
  • During the countdown:
    • The red light continues flashing for high-visibility awareness.
  • At countdown completion:
    • The ANDON light turns off.
    • The end-of-period relay activates.
    • A final buzzer sounds after 3 seconds, clearly marking the end of the cycle.

• Durable Design: Housed in a black powder-coated aluminum enclosure that is both dust and fingerprint resistant, perfect for industrial environments.
• High Visibility: Equipped with a 2.3-inch digit display viewable from up to 120 feet away, ensuring easy readability from across a large facility or workspace.
• Mounting Options: Comes with rubber feet for stable desktop placement — no complicated setup required.

• Multi-colored ANDON light, with red flashing alert during active countdown mode.
