Each unit is equipped with BCD rotary set switches located on the lower portion of the enclosure, enabling the customer to easily adjust timing values in minutes and seconds. Each switch corresponds to a digit, allowing for flexible configurations up to 99 minutes and 59 seconds. Once set, the timers function as countdown units, providing clear visual feedback throughout the process.

Operation is fully wireless via RF remote control, giving users the ability to start and reset each timer independently without needing direct line-of-sight. Each button on the remote corresponds to a specific timer, making it easy to manage multiple stages simultaneously. When a timer is activated, the integrated ANDON LED light turns red, indicating that the process is in progress. Once the countdown reaches zero, the light switches to green, signaling completion of that step.

The system is designed for both manual and future automated operation. In addition to wireless control, each timer includes wired control inputs, allowing for integration into automated systems if needed—eliminating the need for manual intervention down the line.
