This unit is a custom stage-of-production timer system built using the DC-25N-MASTER-W-EVENT and DC-150-W-SYSTEM-EVENT displays. The small display in the center of the table is the DC-25N-MASTER-W-EVENT, which acts as the control hub for the system. The three large displays mounted on and underneath the table are the DC-150-W-SYSTEM-EVENT units that mirror the countdown so workers across the production area can easily see the remaining time for each stage of the process.

The system was designed for a customer with multiple production stages that must end at specific times throughout the day. To help employees prepare for transitions between processes, the system provides a 15-minute warning alarm before the end of each stage, followed by a final alarm at the scheduled time. This gives workers time to clean up their areas and prepare for the next production step while keeping operations on schedule.

The master display connects to the network through Ethernet and is configured using the built-in web interface. After locating the device using the MAC address and launching the webpage through IPSetup, users can configure event times, alarms, and system settings directly from their browser. The display also shows time of day and can synchronize automatically using an NTP server to maintain accurate time.

The event scheduling system allows users to program multiple countdown events throughout the day. When an event is scheduled more than 15 minutes in advance, the system automatically triggers a warning alarm before the final end-of-period alert. Up to 50 events can be scheduled, and the system automatically sorts them from earliest to latest in the day. If no active events are scheduled, the display simply shows the current time of day.

  • DC-150-W-SYSTEM-EVENT: Large 15 inch red LED digits, powder-coated aluminum extrusion housing, C-channel mounting rails, and 120–240 VAC power input.
  • DC-EOP-HORN: High-volume alarm rated over 120 dB for clear audible alerts.

Each display includes a wireless antenna and communicates through a store-and-forward wireless network, allowing multiple displays to relay timing data across larger production areas.
