This countdown timer is equipped with a built-in Andon light system that signals green or red depending on the status of the timer, providing clear visual cues across the plant floor. The timer can count down from any preset value and automatically switch to overtime counting, alerting operators when a process has exceeded its expected duration.

Key features and functionalities include:

• Barcode-controlled timing: Simply scan one of our specially printed barcodes to start the timer at a preset duration. Available options include 1 minute, 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 1 hour, 3 hours, and a stop-timer barcode.
• Overtime tracking: As the countdown reaches zero, the display flashes and the Andon light turns red, counting up in overtime until the process is stopped.
• Flexible display format: Shows hours and minutes for the majority of the process, automatically switching to minutes and seconds during the final hour for precise tracking.
• Robust hardware: Constructed from black powder-coated extruded aluminum, the enclosure is dust and fingerprint resistant, ensuring durability in industrial environments.
• 4-inch, four-digit display: Clearly shows hours and minutes for easy reading across the floor.
• Barcode scanner with 25 ft cable: Provides extended reach and includes its own power supply for reliable operation.

The DC-40T-DN is powered by a 12V adapter and supports multiple barcode configurations, giving you full control over your production timing. With the ability to stop, reset, and restart the timer instantly via barcode scanning, this unit offers unmatched flexibility and efficiency for industrial process management.
