The DC-406T-Up-Term Air Pressure Maintenance Up-Timer was custom-built for Stork H and E Turbo Blading to accurately track how long air pressure is actively in use during extended operations. This unit provides a clear, real-time display of accumulated run time whenever air pressure is applied, making it ideal for maintenance tracking, operational monitoring, and process verification in industrial and pneumatic-driven environments.

In its intended application, the up-timer is activated through the client’s own foot switch system. When the foot switch is pressed, air pressure is supplied to the pneumatic line, which in turn triggers the pressure switch and starts the up-timer. As long as air pressure remains active, the timer continues counting upward. Once the foot switch is released and air pressure stops, the up-timer pauses, preserving the recorded run time. When needed, the operator can press the reset-to-zero push button located on the top of the enclosure to clear the display and prepare the unit for the next cycle.

For demonstration purposes, this unit can also be activated directly by connecting an air pressure pneumatic line without a foot switch. As soon as air pressure is introduced, the up-timer begins counting. Disconnecting the pneumatic line immediately stops the timer, clearly showing how the unit responds to real-world pressure changes. The system is capable of counting up to a total of 99 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds, providing ample range for long-duration air usage tracking.

This up-timer is designed to be both rugged and highly visible, ensuring reliable performance in demanding industrial settings. The extruded aluminum enclosure features a tough, fingerprint-resistant black powder-coated finish, offering durability while maintaining a professional appearance. The large display ensures that elapsed time can be read clearly from long distances, even across large workspaces.

Key hardware and functional highlights include:

  • Air-pressure-activated up-timer designed for pneumatic systems
  • Counts from hundredths of a second up to 99 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds
  • Six-digit, 4-inch display viewable from up to 200 feet
  • Pressure switch activation via pneumatic line
  • Reset-to-zero push button mounted on the top of the enclosure

The enclosure measures 24 inches wide, 7 inches tall, and 2 inches deep, providing a slim yet highly visible form factor. Power is supplied through a 120 to 240 VAC wall adapter with a 6-foot power cord, delivering 12 volts to the unit. For easy installation, multiple slotted teardrop mounting tabs are located on the back of the enclosure, allowing for secure wall or surface mounting.

Included accessories consist of a pressure switch with 25 feet of cabling for pneumatic activation, along with the integrated reset push button used to clear the timer while paused. Together, these features make the DC-406T-Up-Term Air Pressure Maintenance Up-Timer a reliable and effective solution for monitoring air pressure usage and supporting preventative maintenance programs in industrial applications.
