Our second custom order for JBS Riverside highlights the versatility and precision of DC-Digital’s engineering capabilities. This DC-25T-DN-BCD-NEMA countdown timer is a specialized adaptation of our previous NEMA models, designed to meet the exact needs of our customer’s industrial environment. It combines durability, functionality, and user-friendly controls inside a fully protected enclosure — perfect for demanding applications where reliability is essential.

This model is built on the foundation of our DC-25T-DN-BCD timer and features a polycarbonate NEMA-rated enclosure with a transparent front for clear display visibility. Rated NEMA 4X, 6, 6P, 12, 12K, 13, and IP-66, the enclosure protects the internal electronics from moisture, water, and harsh solvents, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor industrial conditions.

Key Features and Highlights

  • Automatic Reset to Set Value: When the countdown reaches zero, the timer resets to the previously set value, allowing for continuous looping operation—a feature ideal for repetitive or automated production processes.
  • BCD-Remote-NEMA Controller: Includes an external control interface with a black “Start/Stop” button and a red “Reset to Set Value” button for easy operator use and quick cycle control.
  • NEMA-Rated Polycarbonate Enclosure: Offers full protection against corrosion, water ingress, and debris while maintaining visibility of the LED display.
  • Relay and Audible Alerts: The timer outputs a half-second relay closure and an audible signal at zero, providing both visual and sound cues for operators.
  • Adjustable for Any Timing Need: Time settings are easily configured through four BCD rotary switches (minute-minute, second-second), allowing precision adjustment and repeatable timing performance.
