Our latest custom order, the DC-10T-DN-BCD-FOOT-HI-EOP, was designed for a client who needed a precise way to measure the brightness inside light bulbs within a specific timeframe. This countdown timer provides a simple, hands-free method of timing tests while ensuring consistency from one product to the next.

The process is straightforward. The client sets the desired countdown time using our BCD rotary switches, then initiates the timer by pressing the hands-free foot switch. Once the timer reaches zero, a loud end-of-period buzzer sounds for exactly one second, signaling that the time has elapsed and it’s time to move on to the next product or bulb.

This product was built for efficiency and accuracy, allowing users to quickly repeat testing cycles without manual resets. After each cycle, the timer automatically resets to the time value set on the rotary switch, ready to run again with a single press of the foot switch.
