Today we’re showcasing our new custom-built DC40S-W-Quad, a reliable and easy-to-use digital clock designed for semi-large gatherings. This standard model is commonly used in factories and medium-sized stadiums where visibility and accuracy are critical.

The DC40S-W-Quad is designed to be mounted in a central location, such as the center of a factory floor or stadium. Once installed, it allows everyone in the space to view the time of day from four different sides simultaneously. The setup is straightforward and fully controlled using our wireless handheld remote controller.

How It Works
Setting the time on the DC40S-W-Quad is quick and simple. Using the wireless remote:

• To set the hour, press the “Set Hours” button and stop when the correct hour is displayed.
• To set the minutes, press the “Set Minutes” button until the display reaches the desired time.
• To switch between 12-hour and 24-hour formats, press “Set Hours” and, while cycling, press “Set Minutes” to toggle the display.

For example, if you need to display 5:15, simply set the hour to 5 and the minutes to 15. If you prefer 24-hour format, the clock will display the same time as 1715, ensuring flexibility depending on your environment.

Hardware and Build Quality
The DC40S-W-Quad is built to last, even in demanding industrial or public settings. Some of its key hardware features include:

• Tough 14-gauge black powder-coated aluminum enclosure for durability.
• Four 4-inch LED digit displays, visible from up to 200 feet away on each of its four sides.
• Four-digit display per side, showing the time in either 12-hour or 24-hour format.
• Power input: 3-prong grounded connector compatible with 120–240 VAC.
• Battery backup: two AA batteries for uninterrupted operation during power outages.
• Mounting system: four eyebolts on each corner for secure installation.

Accessories and Remote Operation
Every DC40S-W-Quad comes equipped with our WRC-2T-S wireless remote controller. This remote includes dedicated buttons for setting hours and minutes, and it operates at an impressive range:

• Up to 1,500 feet outdoors
• Up to 300 feet indoors

This ensures users can conveniently adjust the clock without needing direct access to the enclosure itself.
