Amazon has reached out to DC-Digital for their standard object tracking up-timer for the purpose of tracking the number of products. The DC-10T-UP-PKG-SHRT is a custom-built package production up-timer designed for efficient time tracking in industrial and production environments. This system provides reliable monitoring of object presence, accurate accumulation of uptime, and simple manual reset functionality, all within a durable and modular enclosure.

How It Works

The up-timer operates through a diffused photo-reflective sensor that detects an object in close range (less than 12 inches).

When an object is present, the timer begins counting.
Once the object is removed, the timer pauses and retains the recorded time.
A large 40mm palm switch (zero reset button) allows the user to reset the display once the object has cleared.

This functionality is ideal for packaging processes, assembly lines, and quality control systems where accurate time measurement per item is essential.
