Whether you’re tracking a production process or finalizing cycle times, this timer offers a robust, intelligent solution that integrates directly into your workflow.

At the core of this unit are 2.3-inch high LED digits, providing visibility from up to 120 feet away, making it ideal for large industrial floors. The unit operates on 120 volts, with a 9-volt power cord and a 25-foot aqua-sealed cable connected to a weather-resistant enclosure. The enclosure includes stainless steel hardware and a 40mm Start/Stop switch and 40mm Reset-to-Zero switch, giving users tactile, reliable control.

It ships with DHCP enabled, and a MAC address is clearly labeled inside the enclosure so there’s no need to disassemble to access it.

Using the included IP setup utility (available via our blog and product instructions), users can:

  • Discover the timer’s IP address from its MAC.
  • Input the IP in any browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, etc.) to access the live timer interface.
  • View current time, last stop time, and final process time.
  • Set a static IP address for persistent network access via a simple username/password login (“username”/”password”).

Real-Time Functionality from Anywhere:

When the Start button is pressed, the timer begins counting and displays the current runtime. If paused, the display shows the last recorded time. Restarting continues from that point, and Reset records a final process time. All these metrics are viewable not only on the unit but also remotely via the network interface.

This enables:

  • Real-time visibility for both floor operators and remote supervisors.
  • Accurate monitoring of process times and cycle durations.
  • Seamless collaboration across roles by aligning data between production and management.

To mount the DC-25T-UP-NEMA, users will remove the front cover to access four pre-drilled mounting holes. The package includes sealed cable glands and all wiring is oil- and water-resistant to maintain the enclosure’s NEMA 4X integrity.
