With the need of daily products on the rise, PSG Dover reached out to DC-Digital for a unit that would determine the rate at which good products were being made, and keep a log of each and every product. This unit provides robust productivity monitoring with efficient controls. Positioned on the right side of the enclosure, the Start/Stop Button initiates or halts the built-in up-timer effortlessly. Users can set the “Planned” product count using the Increment button on the 40 mm palm switch. The environmentally sealed push button switch accurately increments the “Actual” product count, allowing the unit to calculate efficiency. The efficiency rate can reach up to 200%, ensuring comprehensive monitoring and analysis. Each press of the actual count button logs an event, accessible via an Excel spreadsheet link on the webpage, capable of storing up to 500 events. Constructed from durable, 14 ga. extruded aluminum with a black powder coating, the unit guarantees resilience in challenging industrial environments.
