Camaco Columbus Mfg. has been working with DC-Digital to make a countdown timer that would alert workers when their welding machine finished welding products. This is a versatile unit designed for seamless integration and user-friendly operation. Clients can easily power the device via a plug-and-play Ethernet connection (RJ-45) and manages it’s functions through a web-page browser interface. This interface allows users to set the unit as an up/down timer, a time-of-day clock in 12- or 24-hour format, or a static display via a string of commands. The device features a multi-color LED Andon light that flashes red and activates a piezo alarm with a 75-95 dB range when the countdown timer reaches zero. Housed in a tough 14-gauge, black powder-coated casing, it is both fingerprint and dust-resistant, ensuring durability and reliability in various environments.

Down function utilizes red Andon light and piezo alarm that goes off when timer reaches 0 for up to 3 seconds.
