Cumulative Processing, Air Pressure Maintenance Up-Timer for Metal Factory Workers

Stork H & E Turbo Blading, a metal and maintenance consultant company, was in need of an up-timer that would let workers know how long their air pressure devices have been in use. DC-Digital provided them the solution to their needs. This unit is able to keep track of how long the air pressure has been in use. Client inserts their air pressure tube into the pressure activation switch, which start the up-timer. User then removes air pressure hose from the activation switch to stop the up-timer. Afterward, user resets the timer back to zero by pressing the push button switch on top of the enclosure.
– Client supplies constant supply of air through an air pressure device, which starts the up-timer. Timer stops when user shuts off air supply. User can reset timer back to zero by pressing the push button on top of enclosure.
– Pressure Switch for activation via pneumatic line with 25 feet of cabling.
– Push, contact button that resets timer back to zero.
– Bright red, 4 inch LED lights that displays 99 hour, 59 minutes, & 59 minutes (HH:MM:SS). Can be viewed up to a total of 200 feet away.
