Signal Machines, a metal and machinery solutions company, has reached out to DC-Digital for a method of keeping track of the number of wear in their carpets. This unit is used to count the number of products without the need of a wired controller for incrementation. Product goes through a diffusive, reflective area sensor which increments the count by one digit. Meanwhile, workers utilize our stainless steel, push button switch to decrement a digit by 1 or reset count back to zero. This unit has a total of 6 digits that can count to a total of 999999.
– Unit increments when products go through diffusive, reflective area sensor. Clients then utilizes stainless steel junction box to decrement and reset count back to zero.
– Diffusive Reflective Area Sensor (DC-IR-SENS-1.0-PNP) that increments when objects are within 10 inches of range.
– Heavy Duty, Environmentally Sealed Push Button Junction Box (SW-RMSS-2-RED-BLK): Decrement for (black button) & Zero Reset (red button) function.
– 6 digit, 1 inch LED lights that can be viewed up to a 25 feet. Can count up to 999999.
