C & M Antoniou Fillo Pastry has requested a custom product that would keep track of the amount of pastry’s that they’re making per minute. DC-Digital provided a solution. Objects that pass the reflective object sensor adds a digit to the “Total” counter, keeping track of the number of pastry products being produced. The “Rate” calculates the total amount of product per minute. This model can count to a total of 99999 and the rate can display a total number of 99.
– “Total” display increments when sensor detects an object and “Rate” display calculate the number of objects per minute.
– Diffusive, Reflective object sensor that detects objects 10 feet away and comes with a 25 ft cord.
– Wireless, RF remote control for counter (Total): Add, subtract, reset digit to zero and auto add functions with a range of 1500 outdoors and 300 feet indoors.
– 14 gauge, extruded, aluminum, black powder coated enclosure that is fingerprint resistant for factory environment.
