Based on our standard 40C-W platform, this version includes advanced customization tailored to a client’s exact workflow and spatial needs. This system combines rugged construction, long-range wireless functionality, and convenient handheld and fixed-station control—ideal for operations where efficiency and clarity are paramount.

At the core of this solution is the DC-40C-W display unit, featuring a 4-inch LED display that can be read clearly from up to 200 feet away. The display is housed in a durable, aluminum-extruded enclosure, making it well-suited for industrial and factory environments. It includes a 120V wall adapter with a 6-foot cord, and offers flexible mounting options:

• Mount directly to a 4×4 square box or standard handy box
• Two built-in knockouts for wall screw mounting
• Optional rubber feet for desktop placement

This custom model comes equipped with a 2.4 GHz wireless handheld remote, providing intuitive control of the counter. With this remote, users can:

• Increment the count by 1
• Decrement the count by 1
• Set a custom starting value by holding the “Set” button
• Reset to zero quickly and easily

The remote also includes a belt clip and runs on a 9-volt battery, offering portability and operation at distances up to 150 feet from the display.

Customized Expansion: 8 Additional Increment Stations

What makes this particular unit unique is the integration of eight additional wireless increment buttons, tailored for a manufacturing plant with distributed workstations. These rugged remote buttons each feature:

• Heavy-duty 40mm red mushroom-head push-buttons
• Built-in 2.4 GHz radio transmitters
• A dedicated control board inside each button
• Direct connectivity to continuous power (customer-specified alternative to battery power)

These remote stations are strategically placed throughout the facility, enabling team members to increment the centralized display from multiple locations. Each button press reliably communicates back to the display unit and increases the count accordingly.

This design eliminates the need for complex wiring while enhancing accessibility and control throughout the workspace.
