Orion Lighting System ordered a DC-Digital DC-80S-W wireless digital clock system featuring large 8-inch red LED digits designed for clear visibility in large facilities. With a viewing distance of up to 400 feet, the clock provides an easy-to-read time display for environments where the current time needs to be visible from across a room or facility.

The DC-80S-W displays time of day in either 12- or 24-hour format and uses four 7-segment digits made from individual 5mm oval red LEDs. The sunlight-resistant 621nm LEDs are adjusted for indoor use and provide a 110° x 40° viewing angle.

The wireless system allows the master clock to communicate with secondary clocks, helping maintain consistent time throughout the installation. The system transmits a time stamp at regular 10-second intervals through an RJ-45 connection and Cat-5 cabling, providing synchronized time across multiple displays.

The DC-80S-W includes 2.4GHz RF wireless controls with membrane switches and a range of approximately 150 feet. Optional environmentally sealed push-buttons can also be mounted on the side of the enclosure. The clock operates from 100-240VAC, 50/60Hz power and includes a 9-volt alkaline power backup.

The durable aluminum enclosure features a black powder-coated, fingerprint-resistant finish. Measuring 25 inches wide by 11 inches tall and 3-1/4 inches deep, the clock includes slotted tear-drop mounting tabs, with optional handle and tripod mounting available.
