Otis Elevator selected the DC-Digital DC-409T-DN countdown timer for tracking an upcoming special event. Designed for applications where a highly visible countdown is needed, the DC-409T-DN displays days, hours, minutes, and seconds in a single nine-digit LED display.

The DC-409T-DN provides a countdown range of up to 999 days, 12 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds, making it well suited for long-term event planning as well as shorter countdown applications. Operators can easily start and stop the timer, reset it to zero, or independently set the days, hours, minutes, and seconds. The timer also retains its last programmed value when power is removed.

For convenient operation, the countdown timer features environmentally sealed momentary push-buttons mounted on the top of the enclosure. The nine super-bright 4-inch red LED digits provide clear visibility from distances of up to 200 feet, making the display easy to read in a variety of industrial, commercial, and facility environments.

The DC-409T-DN is housed in a tough, fingerprint-resistant, black powder-coated extruded aluminum enclosure measuring 45 inches wide by 9-3/4 inches tall by 2-1/4 inches deep. Two slotted teardrop mounting tabs provide a straightforward method for securely installing the display.

The timer operates from a 120–240VAC, 50–60Hz power supply and includes a 6-foot power cord. With its large LED digits, durable enclosure, simple push-button controls, and flexible countdown functions, the DC-409T-DN provides Otis Elevator with a dependable solution for displaying the time remaining until a special event.
