The United States Postal Service (USPS) utilizes the DC-Digital DC-25T-UP Count Up Timer to provide a clear and highly visible method for monitoring elapsed time within sorting operations. The timer is designed to help track the amount of time associated with repeated start-and-stop procedures, providing an easy-to-read display for workplace efficiency and process monitoring.
The DC-25T-UP counts upward from hundredths of a second through hours, with Shift Digit Technology allowing the display to progress from precise short-duration timing into hours and minutes. The timer can count up to 99:59 in Hours:Minutes format and includes Start-Stop and Reset-to-Zero functions for straightforward operation.
Four super-bright red 660nm LED digits provide a 2.3-inch numerical display that can be viewed from distances of up to 120 feet. The timer features momentary push-button controls mounted on the top of the enclosure for convenient access during operation.
Designed for demanding industrial environments, the DC-25T-UP features a tough IP-60, 14-gauge all-aluminum enclosure with a textured, fingerprint-resistant black powder-coated finish. The unit operates from 120VAC to 240VAC, 50-60Hz and includes a 6-foot, 3-prong power cord.
The DC-25T-UP measures 9-3/4 inches wide by 4-3/4 inches tall by 3 inches deep, providing a compact solution for applications where visible elapsed-time tracking is needed. The combination of precise count-up timing, highly visible LEDs and durable construction makes the DC-25T-UP well suited for sorting departments and other industrial process-monitoring applications.
