The DC-10T-UP Digital Count Up Timer was selected by Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota to provide accurate, highly visible event timing in a compact design. Built for applications where reliable elapsed time measurement is essential, this timer offers bright LED visibility and simple operation in a durable industrial enclosure.
Unlike traditional grayscale LCD timers that can be difficult to read from a distance, the DC-10T-UP features super-bright 1-inch red LED digits that provide exceptional visibility in a compact footprint. While designed for viewing distances up to 25 feet under typical conditions, its high-intensity LED display offers superior readability compared to many competing displays, making it ideal for laboratories, medical facilities, manufacturing workstations, testing environments, and other indoor applications.
The timer utilizes Shift Digit Technology, allowing it to count upward from hundredths of a second through 99 hours and 59 minutes while automatically adjusting the displayed time format as the count progresses. Convenient Start/Stop and Reset controls are mounted directly on the top of the enclosure for quick operation without requiring external controllers.
Constructed with a rugged aluminum enclosure finished in a fingerprint-resistant black powder coating, the DC-10T-UP is engineered for long-term reliability in demanding environments. A NEMA 4X enclosure option is also available for applications requiring additional environmental protection.
Powered by 120-240 VAC with a standard 6-foot power cord, the timer is factory calibrated using a quartz time base for outstanding accuracy of ±0.0005 pps at 10 MHz. The compact housing measures just 6-3/4″ wide by 3-3/4″ high by 2″ deep and can be mounted on a wall, desk, or optional tripod to accommodate a wide variety of installations.
