World’s Longest Baseball Game Time and Digital Timer

A Guinness Book of World Record was set over the weekend in Barre, Vermont. 32 people joined together to play the world’s longest baseball game, which lasted 48 hours, 32 minutes and 45 seconds.  The time of the game, of course, was kept on a DC-606 Up-Timer.  This clock featured an 8-inch, 6 digit display and included a viewing range of 300 ft.  It was also weather proofed to accommodate any weather conditions during the long game!  The last time this record was broken, the group managed to raise $100,000 for a Children’s Hospital in St. Louis.  This time the proceeds are going to the Barre Town Recreational Department!  We were honored to take part in such an event and DC-Digital would like to thank them for including us!
