DC-Digital was asked to customize our standard DC-409T-DN Countdown to an event timer into a count up  years, months, days and total days with out an accident timer. Complex but simple. We added another full 4 digit Red LED digital total number of days DC-40 Display along with years, months and days count up timer. After 24 hrs the total days would increment as well as the years, months and days. This combination allows them to see the total number of days. The good people at Dresser Rand are now totally up to date on what matters most and that is safety and keeping it safe.

Every 24 hours, both displays automatically increment together, providing an accurate and easy-to-read record of the facility’s ongoing safety achievement. The separate total-day display gives employees and visitors an immediate snapshot of the organization’s safety performance.

Based on the reliable DC-409T-DN platform, the display features bright 4-inch red LED digits that are visible from up to 200 feet away, making it ideal for production floors, manufacturing facilities, maintenance areas, and other industrial environments. The display serves as a constant reminder of the importance of maintaining a safe workplace while celebrating every additional day without an accident.

Environmentally sealed momentary push buttons mounted on the enclosure provide convenient local control for programming and adjustments. The system retains its last programmed value after power is removed, minimizing downtime following maintenance or power interruptions. Powered by a universal 120–240VAC wall adapter, the display is simple to install using integrated slotted mounting tabs.
