Tech Notes:
• Function: Counts the number of cars entering and exiting the parking area up to 9999 by one's. Displays the count locally for incoming patrons and also reports to browser based webpage for computer, tablet or cellphone controls and viewing. 
• Control Function: Browser based webpage controls: Remotely set maximum parking spaces, set current count and +1 and -1 current count, gate sensor increment and decrement
