Tech Notes:
• Function: 4 Time of day clocks with full matrix alphanumeric locale zone displays
• Control Operation: Manual mode, semi-automatic or fully automatic: 1) Manual mode; (After initial programming) The master UTC can be set and each time zone set +5 and -5 minute UTC offset controlled via environmentally sealed momentary push-button switches mounted on the top of the enclosure. The seconds then are synchronized off of the master (master = farthest left clock). 2) Semi-automatic mode; The master UTC and the time zones UTC offsets can be set/controlled via computer link without a network (webbrowser required). The seconds then are synchronized off of the master (master = farthest left clock). 3) Fully-automatic; The master UTC (syncs with NIST (default) or user defined NTP server) and the time zones are set through the network via browser webpage with a computer, tablet or cell phone. Note: 12 or 24 hour format is user selectable through webpage. 
• Control Type:  A Web browser is needed to access the onboard webpage to set the zone names (Google, Bing, Yahoo etc.. to access webpage). The master's and each secondary zone's offset can be set via webpage or manually through top mounted environmentally sealed push-buttons. Non-volatile memory retains zone names and UTC offsets for non-network field deployment.
