With dimensions of approximately 16-1/4 inches wide by 6-3/4 inches tall by 3 inches deep, the display provides a large, easy-to-read numerical presentation while maintaining a relatively compact overall footprint.

For Arc Document Solutions, incorporating the DC-Digital counter into its own custom-built enclosure allowed the company to create a finished product that met its specific installation and appearance requirements.

Wireless Control for Easy Operation

The DC-40T-UP-DAYS is operated using a 2.4 GHz RF wireless handheld controller. The controller provides approximately 150 feet of range and uses membrane switches for operation.

The wireless controller provides several functions for managing the displayed count, including:

• Increment
• Decrement
• Set
• Reset to Zero

These controls give Arc Document Solutions the flexibility to establish the starting value of its safety counter, make adjustments when necessary, and reset the counter when required.

This created a one-of-one configuration combining DC-Digital’s proven digital counting technology with Arc Document Solutions’ own enclosure design.

The standard DC-40T-UP-DAYS is available with an all-aluminum enclosure that is tough, fingerprint resistant, and black powder coated, with additional enclosure options available for applications requiring different environmental protection. However, Arc Document Solutions’ decision to use its own enclosure demonstrates how DC-Digital displays can also be incorporated into customer-designed equipment and assemblies.
