The City of Eden recently ordered a customized DC-25T-DN-W countdown timer for use during city meetings. The timer was configured with notification settings designed to help speakers stay aware of their allotted speaking time and keep meetings running on schedule.

The DC-25T-DN-W provides a clear visual countdown while offering customizable end-of-period notification options. For the City of Eden, the unit was programmed to provide a warning when a speaker has one minute remaining. When the countdown reaches 0:00, the timer sounds for three seconds, signaling that the allotted speaking period has ended.

The DC-25T-DN-W features four 2.3-inch super-bright red LED digits with a viewing distance of up to 120 feet. The timer counts down from up to 99 hours to hundredths of a second and can be controlled wirelessly using a LoRa RF remote with a range of more than 1,500 feet outdoors and 300 feet indoors.

Control functions include Start/Stop, Reset to Last Value, Reset to Zero, and the ability to set hours, minutes, and seconds. The unit also retains its last programmed value when power is removed, making it convenient for recurring meeting applications.

With its customizable notification capabilities, wireless operation, and highly visible LED display, the DC-25T-DN-W provides the City of Eden with an effective way to manage speaking times and help keep city meetings on schedule.
