Emmi Roth USA, located in Monroe, Wisconsin, is a production facility known for crafting high-quality cheese for markets across the United States and Switzerland. Operating at this level requires precise coordination, efficient workflows, and a strong emphasis on punctuality across the entire facility. Accurate time visibility plays a key role in keeping teams aligned and operations running smoothly.

To support these needs, Emmi Roth USA implemented the DC-60N-POE-NEMA network-based digital clock. Designed for industrial environments, this model is powered entirely through a single Power over Ethernet (PoE) connection. That same Ethernet line delivers both voltage and data, allowing the clock to receive time information directly from the facility’s internal network.

Time management and configuration are handled through a custom web-based interface. From this webpage, users can easily access device information, manage settings, and switch the time display between 12-hour and 24-hour formats. This centralized control simplifies deployment and ongoing maintenance across the facility.

The DC-60N-POE-NEMA is housed in a durable NEMA-rated polycarbonate enclosure, providing reliable protection for the LED digits in demanding environments. The airtight design shields the display from dust, moisture, and wash-down conditions commonly found in food production facilities, ensuring long-term performance and clear visibility.

By combining network synchronization, simplified installation, and industrial-grade protection, the DC-60N-POE-NEMA delivers a dependable timekeeping solution that supports operational efficiency and workforce punctuality in modern manufacturing environments.
