The DC-25N-POE-Stainless Master Secondary System is a highly reliable and synchronized clock system designed for cleanroom and pharmaceutical environments. This system consists of one network NTP Master Clock and multiple secondary clocks that wirelessly receive data from the master, ensuring that all clocks remain synchronized and accurate.

Each secondary clock is equipped with an antenna, allowing wireless connectivity up to 300 feet indoors and 1500 feet outdoors. While the system is primarily designed for indoor use, such as on existing cleanroom walls at facilities like Catalent Pharma, options exist for waterproof antennas or internally mounted antennas to further protect the system. All units are Power over Ethernet (PoE) compatible, simplifying installation and reducing cabling requirements.

The system is designed with sanitation in mind:

  • IP66 NEMA 4, 4X, 12, 13 sealed enclosures protect against water, dust, and contaminants
  • 316L stainless steel housing with 2B finish allows for easy wipe-down cleaning while maintaining a sterile environment
  • Cable glands seal power and Ethernet connections, and the included power cords are 9 feet long, oil-resistant, and water-resistant

  • Network Integration: Master acquires time via NTP server, DHCP or static IP, and can point to custom servers including NIST or proprietary servers
  • Mounting Flexibility: Keyhole mounts for easy wall installation; flush mount options available for new walls or construction
  • FDA-Compliant Seals: Standard XLPE foam with optional PTFE, PE, or EPDM foam types suitable for cleanroom environments
  • Digit Display: 2.3–2.5 inch four-digit displays for clear, easy-to-read time
