The DC-159T-DN is a large-format digital timer engineered for maximum visibility and reliable performance. Originally custom-built for the television series One Tree Hill in 2009, this timer proved its durability and functionality on set while also demonstrating its adaptability for real-world applications.

This unit features 15-inch high digits illuminated with white, outdoor-rated LED lighting, designed to be clearly visible from up to 400 feet (approximately two city blocks). Its nine-digit display is configured to show seconds only, making it ideal for precise timekeeping in scenarios where every second counts.

A 12-position keypad was integrated into the design, allowing operators to quickly enter a starting value and begin counting upward with ease. This feature was especially important for film crews, as it ensured continuity between takes, but it is equally valuable in industrial, sporting, and laboratory environments where repeatable timing is required.

Constructed with a durable aluminum extrusion frame and finished with a black powder coating, the DC-159T-DN is built to withstand long-term use in demanding conditions. Its rugged design makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
