We are excited to share that Vericast has recently purchased and installed our DC40S-W-Quad digital time of day clock in one of their production facilities. Known for their large-scale operations, Vericast required a reliable and highly visible time display solution that could serve the entire factory floor. The DC40S-W-Quad provided exactly what they needed: a four-sided timekeeping system that ensures employees can see the correct time no matter where they are in the building.

The DC40S-W-Quad is built for environments like this, where centralized time visibility is critical. Once mounted in the center of the factory, the clock displays the current time in large 4-inch digits on all four sides, with visibility up to 200 feet away. Its rugged 14-gauge black powder-coated aluminum enclosure makes it ideal for industrial use, ensuring durability under continuous operation.

One of the standout benefits for Vericast was the simplicity of operation. The DC40S-W-Quad is fully controlled using our WRC-2T-S wireless remote. With just a few button presses, the time can be set or adjusted quickly. For example:

  • To set the hour, the operator presses the “Set Hours” button and waits until the correct hour appears.
  • To set the minutes, the “Set Minutes” button is used in the same way.
  • Switching between 12-hour and 24-hour formats is equally straightforward by using both buttons in sequence.

This easy-to-use system allows Vericast staff to keep their operations on schedule without needing to access the unit directly. The remote works up to 1,500 feet outdoors and 300 feet indoors, giving plenty of flexibility across large spaces.

With its built-in battery backup, the DC40S-W-Quad also keeps the time even during power outages, ensuring uninterrupted reliability. For Vericast, this means their factory floor always stays synchronized, reducing downtime and keeping productivity consistent.
