The DC-25T-DN-W-HOURS is a precision-engineered, industrial-grade maintenance countdown timer designed for machine runtime monitoring and proactive service scheduling. This model features 2.3-inch high LED digits and a smart shift-digit display system that transitions smoothly from hours → minutes and seconds → seconds and hundredths, offering real-time accuracy and clarity as time winds down.

Ideal for machine maintenance, the DC-25T-DN-W-HOURS allows operators to set the number of operational hours a machine is expected to run before requiring service. Once the countdown reaches zero, the display flashes as a visual alert, signaling that it’s time to perform crucial maintenance tasks like greasing, checking bearings, or adjusting tolerances.

This unit is built for simplicity and ruggedness:

  • Shift-digit countdown technology for precision timing as the clock gets closer to zero.
  • 2.4 GHz RF wireless remote control for convenient, cable-free operation from up to 100–150 feet away.
  • Comes with a belt clip and operates on a 9V battery (typically replaced every 1–2 years).

Setup is Quick and Intuitive:

  • To set the desired hours, simply press the “Set Hours” button.
  • The value increases gradually at first, then speeds up once past 10, and accelerates further after 30 — ideal for fast setup without tedious button pressing.
  • You can add or subtract time, and once your value is locked in, pressing the Start/Stop button begins the countdown.
  • The lower-right decimal point flashes while the timer is actively running — a small but clear indicator of operation.
