Key Features & Operation:

• Power Source: Operates efficiently on a 24V DC power supply, which can be provided by the customer.
• Easy Time Setting: Quickly set your countdown time (up to 99 minutes and 59 seconds) using the BCD rotary switches located conveniently on top of the enclosure. Simply dial in the minutes and seconds — no programming required, and no batteries for set time retention.
• Countdown Activation: The timer is activated using a continuous closed switch. Once the switch is opened the countdown ceases and the timer resets to the previously BCD set value.
• Visual & Audible Alerts:
  • At countdown start:
    • The red ANDON light (mounted on the upper right of the enclosure) begins to flash.
    • A buzzer sounds for 3 seconds, signaling the beginning of the countdown.
    • Relay output activation also for 3 seconds
  • During the countdown:
    • The red light continues flashing for high-visibility awareness.
  • At countdown completion:
    • The ANDON light turns off.
    • The end-of-period relay activates for 3 seconds.
    • A final buzzer sounds after 3 seconds, clearly marking the end of the cycle.
