NorthFolk Southern has reached out to DC-Digital to make a countdown timer that can manage the raising and lowering procedure of their bridges. The DC-150T-DN-BCD is designed for versatility and ease of use. Users can easily set the desired countdown time using the BCD rotary set switches, allowing precise input of minutes and seconds, with a maximum countdown of 99 minutes and 59 seconds. Once configured, the timer can be started remotely through multi-input switches conveniently located on the right side of the junction box. The master unit features PLC (Plug N Play) switch sensors for start/stop and reset functions, ensuring seamless operation. Additionally, a robust data line connection links the master and secondary units, with the secondary unit providing redundancy for added reliability. The large 15-inch, 4-digit LED display ensures visibility from up to 750 feet, making it ideal for various settings where clear countdown tracking is essential.

– BCD Rotary set switches sets each digit position to the desired amount of minutes and second to countdown from. Timer can be set to a total 99 minutes and 59 seconds to countdown from.

– Master unit houses Multi-Input, PLC (Plug N Play) Switch Sensors: Start/Stop, Reset and Start, Reset functions.

– Data Line Connection for Master and Secondary Unit via junction boxes. Secondary is redundant off Master unit.

– Large 15 inch, 4 digit LED that can be viewed up to 750 feet away. Can countdown from a total of 99 Minutes, 59 Seconds (MM:SS).
