DC-Digital has been working with Mechanical Systems Inc. to create a countdown timer that manages how long a door can remain closed for their cleanrooms. This unit is an master-secondary countdown timer specifically designed for pharmaceutical cleanroom environments. Users can easily set the desired countdown time using BCD rotary switches, with the timer capable of counting down from a maximum of 99 minutes and 59 seconds. The system features multi-input, momentary push button switches for intuitive control, allowing users to start, stop, and reset the timer with ease. With bright red LED digits that can be viewed from up to 120 feet away, this timer ensures visibility in critical situations. Housed in a durable, fingerprint- and dust-resistant black powder-coated aluminum enclosure, it is built to withstand the rigors of cleanroom conditions while providing reliable performance through its redundant functions off the master unit.

– BCD Rotary Switches that allows the timer to countdown from a total of 99 Minutes and 59 Seconds.

-Tough, 14 ga., aluminum, black powder coating that is finger print and dust resistant.
