Overhead Door Company of Bowling Green was in need of a timer that would alert workers when the Garage Door would be closing. DC-Digital provided the solution. This unit is a robust countdown timer system designed for efficiency and visibility. It features BCD rotary switches that allow users to manually set the countdown time in seconds. Once set, the timer is controlled via a 3-wire PNP junction box with functions for start/stop, reset, and reset/start. A large 8-inch LED display ensures readability up to 400 feet away, while a loud Piezo alarm and a multicolor ANDON light provide clear auditory and visual alerts when the timer reaches zero. The ANDON light flashes red, complementing the alarm’s 75-90 dB sound, ensuring that users are promptly notified of the countdown’s completion.

– Client utilizes BCD rotary switches to set the desired time to countdown from. Users then utilize close contact, PNP wires to start/stop, reset and reset and start the countdown from the set value. LEDs and ANDON light will flash red when Timer reaches zero and Piezo alarm will go off for three seconds.

– 3 Close Contact, PNP wire Junction Box: Start/Stop, Rest and Reset and Start Functions.

– BCD rotary switches for manually setting the desired second to countdown.

– 8 inches in LED Digits that can be viewed up to a total of 400 feet away.

– Piezo alarm that goes off for three seconds and can sound off at 75-90 db when timer reaches 0.

– Multicolor ANDON Light (DC-RGY-LED-SUPER) that flashes red when timer reaches 0.
