In need of a counter that can keep track of the total number of products being shipped out, while alerting workers of surplus products, ATG Precision Products contacted DC-Digital for a solution. A new addition to our collection of package counter: This model allows the user to set the maximum count number through the use of our push button switches on top of the enclosure. Objects pass through our diffusive reflective area sensor, which causes the count to increment by one object detected. When the maximum count is met, piezo alarm goes off and the Andon light flashes red until the user presses the “Reset to Zero” button on the Junction box switch.

– Environmentally sealed, momentary push-button, junction box: Decrement, Zero Reset functions, Stainless steel plate and junction box with 25 feet of cabling

– 14 gauge, black-powder coated, aluminum enclosure that is fingerprint and dust resistant. Can display a total count of 9999
