For Aldevron, maintaining synchronized and accurate timing across cleanroom environments is a key part of ensuring compliance, research accuracy, and production consistency.

In our video, we showcase our latest custom network timing solution — the DC-Webserver-Clock-1 — paired with DC-40N-POE-Flush-Stainless cleanroom clocks. This configuration demonstrates a highly efficient and precise system designed for large-scale facilities that require synchronized time monitoring and verification across multiple rooms and locations.

The DC-Webserver-Clock-1 acts as the centralized control hub that connects and monitors all 50 of the DC-40N-POE-Flush-Stainless cleanroom clocks throughout Aldevron’s facility. Each clock is visible from a single, unified web interface — allowing quick and easy verification of network connection, synchronization, and real-time status updates for every clock in the system.

During the 24-hour burn-in testing phase, the DC-Digital team conducted thorough quality control procedures to ensure each clock maintained precise accuracy and consistent performance throughout the test duration. This test provides both visual confirmation and data validation that the system is performing flawlessly before deployment into the client’s production environment.
