Introducing the DC-302C-W, our latest custom-engineered digital display, built specifically as a two-digit wireless lap counter for car racing applications. This project was commissioned by a customer who previously used our four-digit models but required a more simplified version for tracking laps under 100. The result is a powerful, streamlined, and highly visible lap counter that delivers professional-grade performance with user-friendly controls.

This display is designed to be wireless and remote-controlled, enabling easy use during fast-paced racing events where timing and visibility are crucial. The controller provides simple functionality:

• +1 Button: Increments the count by one with each press
• –1 Button: Decrements the count by one with each press
• Set Button: Starts auto-incrementing. The count begins slowly, then accelerates over time. Pressing the set button again stops the auto-counting.
• Zero Button: Resets the display back to zero

Product Features:

• Digit Size: Two large 30-inch red LED digits ensure clear visibility from a distance, even in bright outdoor conditions.
• Case Construction: Built using a powder-coated aluminum extrusion, offering durability and weather resistance for outdoor racing environments.
  The rugged enclosure is not only corrosion-resistant but also engineered to withstand harsh trackside conditions like heat, moisture, and debris. The powder-coated finish adds an extra layer of protection, while the extrusion’s structural rigidity helps maintain integrity during transport or installation. This makes it ideal for long-term outdoor use, temporary setups, or mobile racing operations where reliability is essential.
• Mounting: Equipped with dual C-Channel mounting rails on the back for flexible installation.
• Power Requirements: Operates on 120–240V AC at 50/60Hz, drawing up to 5 amps. A junction box located on the lower right side contains clearly labeled pigtail wires:
  • Black – Live
  • White – Neutral
  • Green – Ground

This model comes only with the wireless remote control—no extra accessories are included, keeping it simple and cost-effective.
