It operates as a precision count-up timer, countdown timer, and full-time time-of-day clock, allowing one display to serve several production and operational purposes throughout the workday.

One Display for Multiple Timing Functions

The DC-150UTW provides the flexibility to count upward or downward for process timing while also displaying the current time whenever timing functions are not active. This eliminates the need for separate clocks and timers, helping simplify installation and improve visibility throughout the facility.

Using shift-digit technology, the timer can count up to 99 hours from hundredths of a second or count down from as much as 99 hours with the same level of precision. When timing operations are complete, the display automatically returns to serving as an accurate time-of-day clock in a convenient 12-hour format.

Wireless Control Provides Complete Flexibility

One of the key advantages of the DC-150UTW is its long-range RF wireless control system. The included LoRa radio frequency remote provides dependable operation from distances up to approximately 1,500 feet outdoors and up to 300 feet indoors, giving operators the freedom to control the display without running additional wiring.

The wireless controller allows users to:

• Start and stop timing operations
• Switch between count up, countdown, and clock modes
• Reset to zero
• Reset to the previous programmed value
• Set hours, minutes, and seconds
• Configure the time of day

This flexibility allows personnel to manage timing operations from convenient locations throughout the facility while reducing installation complexity.

Built for Outdoor Industrial Environments

Outdoor production areas require equipment that can withstand weather, dirt, moisture, and constant use. The DC-150UTW is housed in a heavy-duty IP-66 rated aluminum enclosure with a durable black powder-coated finish that resists corrosion, fingerprints, and harsh environmental conditions.

The high-intensity sunlight-readable LED display provides excellent visibility from distances up to 750 feet, making it easy for personnel across large work areas to monitor process timing without leaving their workstations.

The featured unit supplied to United States Steel utilizes large 15-inch LED digits housed within a rugged enclosure measuring 48 inches wide by 18.75 inches tall and only 3.25 inches deep. Additional digit sizes ranging from 1 inch to 30 inches are available to accommodate different viewing distances and installation requirements.
