Some people wonder what kind of industries use DC-Digital products.  There are many schools that have system clocks as well as factories and military institutions.  However, a mass production bakery was a new one for us which is why I chose this as my topic this week. Joseph Campione opened his bakery in 1960 and has expanded his business several times. His family now operates Joseph Campione ,Inc. They opted for one of our synchronous system clock bundles. I’ll tell you a little more about it.

The system that Joseph Campione, Inc. purchased was an EZ Time clock software, a master transmitter, wireless relay module, one DC-40 and three DC-25’s. EZ Time can provide scheduling, silent paging, countdown timer, and atomic time or system time functions. The master transmitter requires no site license, yet provides up to 60,000 square foot coverage. The wireless relay module provides two zone control for bells, door locks, intercoms, etc. The digital clocks display the hour and minutes, countdown, or 4 letter paging as directed by EZ Time. The wireless system was well suited for the Joseph Campione Bakery because they started as a small shop and have evolved into a large company, with many building expansions. As a result, the plant is a series of additions which would make hard wiring difficult.
