We’re presenting our newly developed industrial enclosures, designed to provide superior protection in demanding environments. These new enclosures are rated at IP-66, meaning they offer high resistance to powerful water jets with limited to no ingress, making them ideal for washdown areas, outdoor installations, and harsh industrial settings where moisture and debris are a concern.

Each enclosure is constructed entirely from aluminum using 0.080-inch aluminum with fully welded sides, giving it excellent structural integrity and long-term durability. The enclosure body is rated at 12 gauge, ensuring it can withstand industrial use while maintaining a clean, professional appearance. As shown in the video, the standard finish is black powder coating, which adds an additional layer of corrosion resistance. For customers who prefer a natural look, the enclosures are also available in a raw aluminum finish, demonstrated alongside the coated version.

All of these enclosures are manufactured in-house, allowing us to maintain quality control and offer customization when needed. The standard configuration includes two teardrop-style mounting holes, which are covered with closed-cell foam. This 1/8-inch closed-cell foam provides an additional sealing layer when the enclosure is mounted to a wall, helping prevent water intrusion from the rear mounting surface.

The enclosure is fully gasketed using a closed-cell foam gasket, enhancing the overall sealing performance and contributing to the IP-66 rating. Once installed, the design helps protect internal components from water, dust, and environmental exposure.

While our standard enclosures follow a consistent layout, we also offer custom enclosure options. As shown in the example, customer-requested modifications can include side holes for cable glands, rear mounting holes, or cutouts for square electrical boxes. Custom hole placement on the top, sides, or back can be accommodated to match specific installation requirements.

These new enclosures are designed to house a variety of display configurations, including:

• 2.3-inch high, six-digit displays
• 2.3-inch high, four-digit displays
